What can I expect at my first appointment?
During your first appointment, we’ll take X-rays and pictures, examine your teeth and provide important information on your dental health and consult with you on any applicable treatments.
If you need a follow-up appointment, we’ll work with you to schedule it at a convenient time for you. We’ll make our best effort to see you as soon as possible.
To save time, you can assist us by providing the following information at the time of your consultation:
- Doctor referral information
- X-rays
- List of medications you’re taking
- Insurance and payment information
IMPORTANT: All patients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. It’s important to let us know if you have medical conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, artificial heart valves and joints or rheumatic fever.
